Dr. habil. Róbert Szuchy Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary and Chair of the International Committee of Hungarian Lawyers Association was giving a lecture at the Day of Hungarian Science 2021 in Novi Sad (Újvidék), Serbia, organised by the Hungarian Scientific Society of Vojvodina on the 13th of November 2021.
The title of his lecture was “Energy Law and the rules of law”.
The right of a state to exercise jurisdiction over its natural resources is a fundamental principle. Any state has the right to manage its natural resources and set the rules for exploitation of energy resources.
